For instance, we use various distraction techniques like virtual reality television, drill less fillings, computer delivered anesthetic and yes, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and sedation for those of you who need further help to have a positive dental experience.

Specialty Services
Dr. Mack and Dr. Wenzel are proud to offer a wide range of dental services you may not have been able to receive at other family dental offices including periodontal (gum), endodontic (root canals), and dento alveolar (wisdom teeth) surgery. We see and treat many children. Dr. Mack and Dr. Wenzel use a wide range of specialists for those cases they feel will benefit from referral. Additionally, Dr. Wenzel is a certified Invisalign invisible Braces (orthodontic) provider that eliminates the need for unsightly wires in selected cases.

Infection Control
North Canyon Dentistry meets or exceeds all CDC and OSHA standards for infection control in the dental office. All Instruments used including the dental drill; are either disposable or heat sterilized in a state-of-the-art autoclave. All points of cross-contamination of potential pathogens (germs) are treated between each dental patient with hospital regimens. And, all clinical staff use gloves, masks and protective clothing while treating patients. We also treat our loved ones here so we all want peace of mind.

We accept most insurance plans, including Delta Denta. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover and financing is available through Citibank. Saturday appointments are available for certain procedures.

Adult Reconstruction and Implants
Dr. Mack and Dr. Wenzel provide complete dental services to all members of the family. However, we emphasize reconstructive and cosmetic treatment for adults. Our dental laboratory is 5 minutes from the office, so skilled technicians are ready to work closely on complex or cosmetically critical cases.
We offer implant surgical placement and restoration for those who desire the look and feel of natural teeth. We also provide more conventional crown and bridge and removable tooth replacement. Additionally, we provide a wide range of cosmetic dental treatments including: bonding, bonded veneers, porcelain crowns and an amazing new tooth whitening system. We also have a highly successful periodontal gum treatment program.
